This exciting partnership, which kicked off in the Autumn of 2025, brings Holly Health's personalized digital health coaching directly to the Patient.info platform. Patient.info, owned by Navigate Health, is a trusted source of health information, making this collaboration a natural fit.

Holly Health, backed by the NHS Innovation Accelerator, is already making waves. With over 200 GP practice partnerships across the UK, their service is designed to improve patient outcomes in areas like exercise, mental wellbeing, weight management, and blood pressure control.

Grace Gimson, the Chief Executive and Co-founder of Holly Health, expressed her enthusiasm, stating that their organizations share a common mission: to empower the public with intelligent tools and education for health improvement. This alignment makes the collaboration a perfect match.

But here's where it gets controversial... With conditions like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and anxiety on the rise, the need for accessible and scalable behavioral change support has never been greater. This is where Holly Health steps in, helping users take small, achievable steps towards long-term improvements in sleep, movement, nutrition, and mental health.

Thomas Porteus, Director of Product and Partnerships at Patient.info, highlights a crucial point: people often struggle to put health advice into practice. Holly Health's coaching addresses this by supporting individuals with realistic steps, making change feel possible.

This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to enhancing prevention and self-management, key pillars of the UK's healthcare strategy.

In April 2025, Holly Health also announced that its digital coaching service would be available through the NHS App via a partnership with Patients Know Best (PKB). This integration allows the Holly Health coaching service and PKB records to communicate, enabling users to transfer vital health data.

Furthermore, Holly Health launched a £320,000 Prevention Innovation Fund, offering up to four Integrated Care Systems (or equivalents) up to £80,000 each to deploy the coaching service. This initiative aims to expand self-management support across various regions.
